Welcome to the team, Matt!

We are super proud to employ Matthew Byrnes at one of our cleaning contracts. Read below as this sums up everything that Ecommercial stands for.

Matthew is a young man aged 25 who lives in Rhydyfelin. Matthew is physically fit and his mobility is not impaired. He has a slight visual impairment in one eye, but this does not have an adverse impact on his ability to undertake work. Matthew does have a very mild learning disability but he does not let this effect his daily life. Matthew has good numeracy and literacy skills and an understanding of health & safety. He also travels independently on public transport. Matthew attends Treforest Learning Curve on various days within the week where he participates in the gardening and woodwork projects. Here his work includes grass cutting, hedge cutting, litter picking sanding and painting. This allows Matthew to build his confidence, skills and work ethics.

Elite have worked with and supported Matthew with various work experience opportunities over a period of years. These include Makro and B&Q. Matthew has always demonstrated commitment, punctuality and enthusiasm to learn. I feel with some initial support, guidance and coaching from Glenn (Ecommercial) and Caine (Elite), Matthew would become a fabulous worker.
